Overview of 11xWho 11x is for

Who 11x is for

Which teams get value from 11x, what you need in place to succeed, and the situations where it is genuinely the wrong tool. An honest fit assessment.

11x fits B2B go-to-market teams where pipeline generation or inbound response time is the constraint. It is not a fit for every situation, and knowing which you are in before you buy saves everyone time.

Teams that get value

TeamThe constraint 11x removes
SalesPipeline capacity without adding SDR headcount
RevOpsConsolidating prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, phone, routing, and reporting into one system
MarketingRecovering value from leads already paid for - revival, nurture, event follow-up
Customer successConsistent onboarding at every tier, and expansion coverage across the whole book
Enterprise revenue teamsOperating across global markets without a local SDR team in each geography

Enterprise teams in particular use it to replace a sprawl of GTM tools, and to handle routing by account ownership, territory, segment, and deal stage in one place. Adoption there tends to work best phased - pilot with one team, expand once pipeline impact is visible.

What you need in place

A CRM with reliable ownership data

Account ownership and opportunity state are what stop a digital worker contacting accounts your reps already work. Overall CRM tidiness matters far less than these two fields being trustworthy.

A defined ICP

Not a market. Who you can win now, with the proof points you actually have.

Positioning and product material

For the knowledge base. This is the input that most determines output quality.

DNS access

To authenticate the sending domain. Usually IT rather than the GTM team, so line it up early.

One named owner

Someone accountable for the knowledge base, ICP, and qualification thresholds. Not a committee.

The single best predictor of a successful deployment is whether one person owns configuration. Deployments that are nobody's specific job underperform regardless of budget or tier.

When 11x is the wrong tool

Being straight about this, because a poor fit wastes a quarter.

Choosing where to start

Your situationStart with
Not enough qualified pipeline entering the funnelAlice
Inbound leads going cold before a rep respondsJulian
A CRM full of lost deals and cold leadsClosed-lost revival and reactivation
Free-tier users you never talk toPLG conversion
Onboarding and expansion coverage gapsCustomer onboarding

Start with one worker and one segment. Running both workers across several segments on day one makes it impossible to attribute results to a configuration, and configuration is what determines whether this works.
