What is a digital worker?
A digital worker is an autonomous AI agent that owns a complete business function end to end, making the intermediate decisions itself.
The distinction from a tool matters. A sequencer sends the emails you wrote. A digital worker decides who to contact, what to research about them, what to say, and what to do when they reply.

Research

What does Julian do?
Julian is the inbound digital worker — an AI sales agent. He works through four stages:

Responds to an inbound lead within 60 seconds on the channel they used — phone, chat, SMS, or WhatsApp — 24 hours a day.
Qualify
Scores the lead against your ICP in real time using conversation context, company data, and engagement signals, while the conversation is happening.
Follow up

Does 11x replace human reps?
No. Digital workers handle the prospecting, research, first response, and qualification that precede a sales conversation. The human rep runs the conversation and owns the deal.
