Getting StartedQuickstart

Quickstart

Connect your CRM, configure Alice or Julian, and launch your first outbound sequence or inbound call flow. Most teams are live within a day.

To get live on 11x you create a workspace, connect your CRM, choose a digital worker, configure its targeting and messaging inputs, and launch. Most teams complete this in a day, with the CRM connection and email or phone verification being the only steps that depend on someone outside the GTM team.

Before you start

Gather these before you begin. Missing the CRM permission is the most common reason a rollout stalls.

  • Admin access to your CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) — required to authorize the connection
  • A domain you control — required for outbound email, so DNS records can be published
  • Your ICP definition — target industries, company sizes, geographies, and job titles
  • Your positioning — what you sell, who it's for, and the problems it solves

Step 1 — Create your workspace

Go to 11x.ai and start the signup flow, or work with your 11x contact if you're onboarding as part of a signed agreement.

Verify your email

Click the verification link sent to your work address. Use a work domain, not a personal one — the domain informs your workspace setup.

Invite your rollout team

Add the people who will own configuration: typically one RevOps owner for the CRM mapping, one marketing or sales owner for messaging, and the reps who will receive meetings.

Step 2 — Connect your CRM

Your CRM is the system of record. 11x reads accounts, contacts, and ownership from it, and writes every interaction, qualification result, and outcome back to it.

Open Settings → Integrations, select Salesforce, and complete the OAuth flow with a Salesforce user that has API access and permission to the objects you want synced. Then map your fields and enable sync.

Full walkthrough: Integrate Salesforce.

Connect the CRM before launching anything. Without it, your digital worker cannot see existing opportunities or ownership and may contact accounts a rep is already working.

Step 3 — Choose your digital worker

Pick based on where your pipeline problem is. Many teams run both, but start with one.

Step 4 — Configure and launch

Authenticate your sending domain

Publish the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records 11x gives you. Verify them with the free 11x deliverability tools before sending anything.

Build your knowledge base

Give Alice your positioning, product details, competitive differentiation, and proof points. This is what her research and personalization draw on — thin inputs produce generic outreach.

Define your ICP

Set the firmographic and role filters for the segment you're targeting. Start narrow; one well-defined segment beats a broad list.

Create a sequence

Choose your channels and cadence. Enable the Qualification Agent so only prospects matching your ICP enter the sequence.

Review, then launch

Inspect the drafted messages for a sample of prospects before going live. When the copy reads the way you'd want a rep to write it, turn the sequence on.

Step 5 — Watch the first week

Review daily for the first week, not weekly. Early signal tells you whether your ICP is too broad or your messaging is off, and both are cheap to fix before volume builds.

Check these in the analytics dashboard:

  • Deliverability — inbox placement and mailbox health for Alice; connect rate for Julian
  • Reply quality — are the replies from the people you wanted to reach?
  • Qualification accuracy — spot-check leads Julian qualified and disqualified
  • Meetings booked — and whether reps agree they were qualified
